Our Forum should create new options for exchanging information between users of our website. Especially we feel the need to transfer experience among Niagara Framework developers in German-speaking countries. For them, we created a particular category in the forum.

To improve our technical support, we created and integrated into our website a support Ticket management system. You can enter into this system not only questions related to technical problems, but you can also ask questions about the availability of our products or about our website. When opening a support ticket, always select the correct category. The technical support includes current versions of our software, which you can download from our support pages. We hope to eliminate communication via email as soon as possible.

Our goal is to create an active website where everyone interested in building management software will share their content.
